Newsletter Peace Palace 01/2020

Dear friends and partners of the Peace Palace,

With this newsletter we would like to take you along the activities that take place from the Peace Palace. Even in these challenging times we continue to work on a better world. This special period calls for reconsiderations, new decisions, justice, solidarity and deepening of partnerships. The current crisis shows global solidarity and has a major impact on the most vulnerable people in society. It is particularly for them that there is justice, to protect their dignity and rights.

In addition to housing the courts and facilitating "Peace through Justice", the Carnegie Foundation will continue to invest in activities in the context of "Peace through Education", "Peace through Dialogue" and "Peace through Culture" as much as possible. Our plans are ambitious, but that is necessary in order to continue working for peace. To inform you about all our projects, we will publish our newsletter every quarter from now on. We hope that you will enjoy reading it and that you will (continue to) support our work. Of course we would also like to welcome you as a 'Friend of the Peace Palace'.

Do you have questions or suggestions? Then we look forward to receiving your e-mail via info@peacepalace.org. But first of all, enjoy reading this newsletter.

Kind regards and stay healthy,

Erik de Baedts
Director Carnegie Foundation - Peace Palace
